Alex Maastricht Hotel

The Beautiful Double Room was really lovely and cozy! We had a pretty street view with Christmas lights, giving a nice vibe. The room was clean and the decor felt fresh and unique, especially with those stained glass windows. Comfy beds made it easy to relax. The only bummer was that there's no Nespresso machine in the room, which I kinda missed. But the overall charm and the staff's friendliness were great.

The rooms are neat and brand-new with a laptop-size safe, central heating and iron/ironing board. The breakfast itself is savoury and the food is good.

It's just a short walk to both the scenic city park and the historic basilica of saint servatius which were lovely to stroll through.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a lovely area, not far from local amenities and Vrithorf where the Andre Rieu concert is. The location was great, for example, Bonbonniere Theatre was not very far from the property. Had a great stay here.

Limited hanging space in rooms could definitely use improvement!!! Bathroom layouts felt cramped and uncomfortable, quite disappointing considering the hotel's potential!!!

Clean room, comfy bed, and the 24-hour security was reassuring. No luggage storage available.

Delicious dinners with a cozy vibe

The atmosphere was cute. Our room was modern, with lovely touches like a coffee pod machine and brownies waiting for us. The restaurant's dinners were really good, and the location offered charming views into the greenery surrounding us.

Family with children will definitely enjoy it

The location was very nice, with plenty of bars and restaurants right near by,, it was like I was in the heart of the action. The breakfast was surprisingly good,, I mean they had pancakes and eggs, that's a win.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but given what you get, I think it was worth it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area served delicious food, and having a restaurant on-site added convenience. The room was clean and well-maintained.

The shower in the oversized bathroom was a highlight, especially the good herbal scent of the toiletries. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made the experience special, and although there was no elevator, the staircase didn't pose a major inconvenience.

The bar/restaurant below was fantastic, serving excellent breakfasts and dinners. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and near many local hotspots.

Stayed at alex for 6 nights, and it was great! The room was a decent size and very clean. It's just a short walk to the city center, so you get the best of both worlds-close to the action but not overwhelmed by noise. Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially with pancakes! Internet speed was solid for streaming too.
